Edy Nathan

Edy Nathan MA, LCSWR is an author, public speaker and licensed therapist. She is an AASECT certified sex therapist, hypnotherapist and certified EMDR practitioner with more than 20 years of experience. Edy earned degrees from New York University and Fordham University, with post-graduate training at the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy. She practices in New York City.

In her expertise as a grief therapist she interweaves her formal training as a psychotherapist with breathwork, guided imagery, ritual and storytelling. Trauma, abuse, and grief cause the soul to become imbalanced: The goal of the work is to find emotional calibration or balance to defy the depth of darkness and the grip grief often has on the psyche. She believes that everyone experiences grief throughout their lives. Grief is not just about the death of a loved one, but the losses we experience in life.

Whether it is the loss of a loved one or the loss of a limb or the loss of the life you once knew, it is your soul that offers the answers to relief. Dr. Kevin Reese

Kevin W. Reese, PhD, PAS, INHC, DS has helped thousands of people reclaim their health through his books, seminars, and programs.

K.J. Kaschula

Our heroine of this tale, a Ms. K.J. Kaschula, grew up in South Africa, where she found herself gravitating towards the arts of storytelling. Her first big adventure and training in this field allowed her to obtain her Bachelor of Arts in Motion Picture.

After her studies, she decided to travel to Chaing Mai, Thailand. It was here where she first became interested in working with kids and teaching them English as a foreign language. Soon after this, she moved to Paris, France, where she took care of two kids as an au pair while exploring the city of love and great food.

She is the creator of the Super-Dooper-Secret-Collection, a series of children illustrated books that she is currently writing and illustrating. Her first book in the collection, I caught one of Santa’s Reindeer, follows the 7 ½ year old Little Lizzie as she tries to keep hidden the biggest Christmas secret!

When K.J. Kaschula is not typing words on the screen or sketching on paper or the digital pad, you most definitely will find her in the kitchen cooking, baking, and tasting delicious cuisines.

K.J. Kaschula has been playing with the art of storytelling since she was young. The world of make-believe is her own personal reality. Almost every day, when she is not living on Earth, you will find her dancing with pirates, picnicking with teddy bears, parting with Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the monster under her bed – who is actually a very nice guy.

We started TogetherForSharon® as a family for the purpose of keeping my mother, Sharon Riff Ackerman’s, memory alive and to share the message of Parkinson’s Awareness and hope for a cure.

“We love you, we support you, we care about you, and you are never alone! I will advocate for you and together, our voices are STRONGER! And I am just getting started!”

I wanted to honor my mother and continue to help in the Parkinson’s cause and did not know how to bring change. With my family, we decided to create a wristband, purple in color for Parkinson’s awareness, and with the design stating, “In memory of Sharon Riff Ackerman,” “Parkinson’s Disease Awareness”, “TogetherForSharon®”.

Alejandra G. Brady

After 15 years designing the interiors of beautiful homes and offices, I found myself missing something.  I took a break from work and focused on my most important client – Me.  My actual interior needed a reboot.  I found that in Feng Shui.

Working with and studying under a Feng Shui master practitioner helped me unlock a new and wonderful set of principles to combine with years of high-end design success. With these combined experiences, I deliver beautifully designed spaces that improve the lives of my clients, their families, or their employees.   

I experience true inner joy when I see the impact of my recommendations or interior design project, on the life of my clients.  My aim is to enhance far more than the appearance of their home or office, but to improve their well being and lifestyle in a way they had not imagined.

  • Certification in the BTB style of Feng Shui and Bau-Biology under Karen Rauch Carter and the Academy of Exquisite Living
  • Graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts Degree
