A visionary and resilient soul, Swirl has conquered life’s challenges with grace and determination. At age 16 she was faced with a daunting diagnosis of degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, the onset of osteoarthritis, severe scoliosis and kyphosis. The doctors told her she’d be in a wheelchair by the time she was 30. She refused to accept a life dictated by limitations and instead, she embarked on a quest to discover the secrets of holistic healing with practices like Evolutionary Spinal Maintenance (EDGU) and breathwork.
